Lincoln Beach Community Advisory Committee (LBCAC)

City of New Orleans Mayor Latoya Cantrell installed the Lincoln Beach Community Advisory Committee (LBCAC) in December 2020. The purpose of the LB-CAC is to provide recommendations regarding the goals and objectives for re-establishing Lincoln Beach as a viable, safe, and sustainable recreation location for the residents of New Orleans. The input provided by the Advisory Committee shall be used to steer the development plans for the site. It will also be a mechanism to communicate with stakeholders, advocates, and residents in the site's footprint. Additionally, the Board assists with identifying community resources and programs.
